Director

Luigi is the founder of Ginardi, which was established in 2013. From a young age, he has immersed himself in the construction industry by accompanying his father Carmelo to work on the weekends. He began his career as a labourer and through years of dedication and continuous learning, progressed his way to the role of site manager all within a short period of time. His passion for luxury building led him to create his own construction business. Luigi is a dynamic and motivated entrepreneur. He is highly skilled in project development and has gained the management skills to ensure that Ginardi is successful.

Carmelo Ginardi

Senior Site Manager

Carmelo Ginardi has been a part of the company since it’s establishment and has over 40 years of experience in the construction industry. His expertise and in-depth understanding of all aspects of construction make him an integral part of the business. Through his “old-school” construction practices and techniques, our clients are ensured to receive the highest quality finish on their projects. He also provides invaluable advice and mentoring to the whole Ginardi team.

Edward Ginardi

Site Manager

Edward is a highly qualified site manager with years of experience. His reliability and dedication, alongside his excellent people skills ensure that his projects run professionally and efficiently. During his time spent on construction sites of different sizes and types, Edward has developed an eye for detail and an ability to see a finished project from the get-go. From overseeing/supervising intricate build details to planning, programming and managing/overseeing scheduled works he is able to achieve a seamless construction process.

Caroline Klamus

Office Manager

Caroline started working at Ginardi in 2020. She started as the Executive Assistant to our Director and is now our Office Manager. She oversees the daily operations of the Ginardi office and coordinates scheduling and communication for the Director. Prior to joining Ginardi, she worked in the finance industry in Australia and overseas and has over 15 years of experience in her field.

Michael Brand

Apprentice Carpenter

Michael joined Ginardi in 2022 and is our full-time apprentice carpenter. He is studying a Certificate IV in Carpentry at TAFE NSW and works across all our job sites to ensure he gains the necessary experience to complete his apprenticeship and become a highly skilled carpenter.
